St. Bernards Medical Group is working hard to line up new demonstrations, panels, and exhibitors. Each day of Expo will feature items geared toward audiences of all shapes and sizes.
The Kids Zone will be hopping all weekend long and is great place to learn why it’s important to eat right and stay active. Kids of all ages will be thoroughly entertained.
Saturday, April 14th, begins with Doc Rock and Run 5K and Half Marathon benefitting the St. Bernards Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at 7:00 am. Then the Convocation Center doors open at 8:00 am with the day's focus on adults, through screenings and physician led panel discussions on senior health, heart health, and cancer. The Healthy Cooking Kitchen will have recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even snacks geared toward helping you feel and look your best.
Sunday, April 15th, is for the family and student athletes. All student athletes from Craighead County have the opportunity to receive a FREE comprehensive pre-participation evaluation. For more details on these evaluations, click here. There will also be sports demonstrations from CD Sports Training on our main. Our Kids Rock & Run, presented by Arkansas Children's Hospital, also happens Sunday at 2:00 pm. The Healthy Cooking Kitchen will feature meals and snacks perfect for a family on the go!
